This is the Last Will and Testament of me William Titt theElder of t he Parish of Chitteme All Saints in the Countyof wilts, Blacksmith . I give devise and bequeath All thatmy Copyhold Messuage or Teneme nt Shop Garden and Premiseswith the Appurtenances thereunto belongin g situated in theParish of Chitteme All Saints aforesaid now in my o wnoccupation and held by Copy of Court Roll under the Lord ofthe Ma nor of the Parish of Chitteme aforesaid for thelives of myself and m y Son William. And also all other myCopyhold and Real Estate whatsoe ver and wheresoever. Andalso all the residue of my Personal Estat e and Effectsunto my wife Diana Titt as long as she my said Wife sha lllive. And after her decease to my Son Henry his heirsexecutors a dministrators and assigns Subject Neverthelessto the payment of a le gacy or Sum of Thirty Pounds to mySon William to be paid by my the n said Executor his heirsexecutors administrators and Assigns in suc h sums and atsuch times as he my said Executor and as aforesaid shal lfind convenient but within the space of Two Years for hisown sol e and separate use. And further thereby directthat my Daughters, Ru th and Amelia shall possess and beentitled to occupy two Rooms in th e said Househereinbefore specified as long as they my said Daughter sshall continue unmarried and shall enjoy the same peaceablywithou t molestation on the part of my Executor his heirsadministrators o r Assigns as long as they shall continueas aforesaid. And I nominat e and appoint my said wifeDiana Titt sole Executor of this my Will a nd Testament andI further nominate and appoint that after her deceas e mySon Henry to be sole Executor of this my last Will and Ihereb y expressly revoke all former Wills by me at anytimeheretofore made .
