Extract: I give and bequeath all my wearing appareland my be d and table linen unto my two daughters Elizabeththe wife of Georg e Thomas Abbott and Jane wife of SamuelJukes equally between
them and I give and bequeath the following legacies ofsterling mone y that is to say to my son Samuel Titt f2O.To my son Stephen Titt o f Fonthill Gifford, Yeoman and myfriend Henry Finden Pullen of
Wamiinster, gentleman i IO each. I give and bequeath allmy real est ate and also the rest residue and remainder ofmy personal estate unt o the said Stephen Titt and HenryFinden Pullen as trustees and
Executors to sell and convert into money. The sameto be divi ded into six equal shares - five to be paidrespectively to my son Sa muel my daughters ElizabethAbbott and Jane Jukes, my son John and m y son Stephen.The sixth share my Trustees to invest in the Wam iinsterSavings Bank or elsewhere and to apply part or parts thereof of capital or interest or income derived therefrom (intheir judgem ent as they think fit) towards the personelmaintainance and suppor t or to or for the personel use andbenefit of my son Daniel Hinton T itt or entirely andaltogether to withold the whole or part without b eingcalled to account by Daniel Hinton Titt. After hisdeat h pay his funeral expenses then divide the restequally among the sur viving brothers and sisters.The money to my daughters to be p aid into
their own hands for their sole use.
