I Robert Titt of Boreham in the Parish of Warminster in theCounty o f Wilts, Mason being of sound mind do make andordain this my last Wi ll and Testament in manner and formfollowing that is to say firs t I commend my Soul into theHands of Almighty God and my body I comm it to the Earth tobe decently buried at the discretion of my Executo rshereafter named and as to ***ing the disposition of all myWorldl y Estate I give and dispose thereof as followeth
Amprimis I will that all my debts and funerall chargesshall be pai d Item I give and bequeath to my DearWifee Ann Titt All thos e two dwelling Houses situate inBoreham aforesaid One of which I no w live in and the otheris in the possession of Henry Bailey as Tenan t to me forand during so much of my Term and Estate therein as she shall live. Item. I do give to my said Dear Wife AnnTitt the lib erty of using all my Household goods as longas she shall live.
Item. I give and bequeath to my son Stephen Titt hisExecutors Admin istrators and Assigns all that my ItemDwelling House wherein Jordo n Curtice Shoemaker now livesfor and during all the rest and Residu e of my Tenn andEstate which I have to come therein and also my Hous ewherein I now live after the decease of my said Dear Wifefor and d uring all the rest and residue of my term andEstate which shall be t hen to come and unexpired therein.Item I give and bequeath to my g randson John Titt son ofmy son Robert after the decease of mv said D ear Wife AnnTitt All that my House now in the occupation of Henry Bailey for and during all the rest and residue of my term andEstate th erein which shall be then to come and unexpiredand my will is that a fter the decease of my wife thegarden belonging to this House I no w dwell in and theGarden belonging to Henry Baileys House on which i s Rentedof me by him shall be equally divided between the said last mentioned houses.
Item I do hereby give after the decease of my Wife all myHousehold g oods to my Sons Robert and Stephen Titt to beequally divided betwee n them and either of my said sonsshall die before my said wife the n my N611 is that theshare of Ifim so dying shall go to his Executor s. Allthe rest and residue of my goods and chattells whatsoeve rI give and bequeath to my Loving Son Stephen Titt whom I dohereb y make and appoint full and whole Executor of this myLast Will and T estament.
