The Will of STEPHEN TITT of Boreham p. of Warminster 1743
I Stephen Titt of Boreham in the parish of Warminster inthe County o f Wilts, Mason, do hereby revoke and make voidall former will and Wi lls Testament and Testaments by meat any time heretofore made and de clare this to be my onlylast Will and Testament which followeth (tha t is to say)First I will that my debts and funeral expenses be pai dand satisfied. Also I give and bequeath to my Nephew JohnTitt an d my Niece Mary Titt son and daughter of my brotherRobert Titt Ten P ounds each of lawfull English money to bepaid to them respectively w ithin Thirty days next after mydecease. Also I give and bequeath t o my Niece Joan Tittanother daughter of my said brother Robert Tit t Ten Poundsif like lawful money to be paid to her my said Niece Joa nTitt within Thirty days next after she shall attain the Ageof Twen ty One years. Also I give and bequeath to my saidNephew John Titt m y Large Oak tableboard standing in myKitchen where I live. Also I g ive all other my Householdgoods furniture and Linnon to my said Neph ew John Titt andmy said Nieces Mary Titt and Joan Titt to be equall ydivided between them share and share alike also I give andbequeat h to Clement Thatcher son of my late wife oneshilling. Also I giv e devise and bequeath all the restresidue and remainder of my good s chattles effects andpersonal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever t o my saidBrother Robert Titt whom I make nominate constitute and appoint whole and sole Executor of this my Last Will andTestament in Wi tness whereof I have to this my Last Willand Testament set my hand a nd seal this fourth day ofJanuary in the year of our Lord 1742
