The will of the Francis is a WEAK link. I'm really not sure that I have given this will and the siblings mentioned in it to the right Francis.

I have been trawling the Quarter Sessions Great Rolls for interesting items
and on the roll for Michealmas 1653 I came across a petition from John
Ferris who had been coachman to Francis Baskerville for the previous 5 years
and was owed wages and suits of clothes according to his terms of service
(ref A1/110/1653M/240). I have not come across the outcome although in the
following Sessions Baskerville was ordered to pay the wages of another
emplyee who had petitioned the court.
