The Will of Ezekial Baskerville

In the name of God Amen,I Ezekial Baskerville of Burton Hill in the parish of Malmesbury in the county of WIltshire gentleman being of sound mind memory but considering the uncertainty of life do make and ordain this my last will and testament in manner following, that is to say, I give and bequesth unto my kinsman Richard Curtis of Burton Hill aforesaid butcher all and singular my goods and chattels monies and personal estates of what nature and kind soever. after payment of my debts and funeral expenses and I hereby consitiute and appoint the said Richard Curtis the sole executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me heretofore made.
In witness whereof I the said Ezekial Baskerville have to this my last will and testament set my hand and seal the 18th day od December in the 21st year of the reign of our soveriegn Lord George the second by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith and so forth and in the year of out Lord One thousand seven hundred and forty seven
