According to Jesse Floyd, Frankie went to school at Linn High School andobtained his BS Degree while living in Maryland while he was in the AirForce. He joined the Air Force in 1958 and served thirty years. Afterretiring, he worked with the Civil Service in the same capacity as whenin the service.
