This is the last will and Testament of me Richard Titt lateof
Heytesbury in the County of Wilts and now residing in theCity of Ne w Sarum - Gentleman made the thirty first day ofJanuary in the Yea r of our Lord one thousand seven hundredand eighty seven in manner f ollowing (that is to say)First I give and bequeath unto my Grandso n Richard Tittson of my late deceased son Edward Titt the sum of Thr eeHundred Pounds in case he shall be living To be paid by myExecuto r - hereinafter named upon Personal Application tohim by my said Gra ndson for Payment thereof and nototherwise. Also I give and devis e to my son Richard TittOfficer of Excise, All that my freehold Esta te at Coulstonin the Parish of Edington in the said County of Wilt s nowor late in the Occupation of StephenPipler as my Tenant andeve ry part and parcel thereof with the Appurtenances Tohold the same un to my said Son Richard Titt his Heirs andAssigns for ever. Also I g ive and bequeath unto my saidson Richard Titt All that my Messuage o r Dwelling Houseand Garden late in my own possession situate at Heyt esburyaforesaid and every part thereof with the Appurtenances Tohol d to him his Executors Administrators and Assigns forand during al l such Term Estate and Interest as I shallhave therein at the time o f my decease And as for andconcerning all the rest and Residue of m y Goods ChattelsReady oney Bonds Mortgages and other securities fo r MoneyPersonal Estate and Effects whatsoever after my just DebtsLe gacy and funeral Expenses shall be fully paid off anddischarged .
