I Edward Titt of Heytesbury in the County of Wilts MerchantTaylor d o Publish and Declare my last Will and Testamentin manner and form f ollowing. That is to say, First IGive Devise and bequeath unto my B rother Richard Titt ofHeytesbury aforesaid Taylor All that my Freeho ld Estatesituate at Coulston in the Parish of Edington in the County of Wilts which I bought of John Price and every part andparcel the reof with the appurtenances To hold the sameunto my said Brother Ric hard Titt his Heirs and Assignsforever he and they paying unto my si ster-in-law ElizabethHatchman one annuity or yearly sum of five poun ds ofLawful money of Great Britain for and during her naturallife t he first payment thereof to begin and be made at theend of the firs t twelve months next after my Decease withthe payment of which sai d annuity or yearly swn of fivepounds I do hereby Charge my said Fre ehold Estate.

Also I Give and bequeath unto my two Cousins Edward Tittand Richar d Titt sons of my said Brother Richard Titt thesum of one Hundred Po unds each of like named within twelvemonths after mv decease. Als o I Give and bequeath unto myBrother-in-law Richard Haynes and Sara h his Wife oneGuinea each. Also I Give and bequeath unto my Sister- in-law Hannah the Wife of my said Brother Richard Titt thesum of Te n Pounds of like money aforesaid and as for andconcerning all the Re st residue and remainder of my Realand personal Estate Goods Chattel s and effects whatsoeverand wheresoever I Five devise and bequeath t he same aftermy Debts Legacies and funeral Expenses shall be paid of fand discharged unto my said Brother Richard Titt whom I dohereby N ominate and appoint full and sole executor of thismy last will and T estament hereby revoking all formerWills by me made. In Witness whe reof I have to this mysaid will and Testament set my hand and Seal t he thirtyfirst day of August in the year of our god 1765
