Charles and Jane Flower who were both born in Lacock, Charles was born in 1832 the eldest of four children of James and Hester Flower. In 1861 whe they were living at No2
he is described as a labourer on the highway. By 1861 they have four children and another five later on. In 1871 they had moved to Church Street and by 1881 Charles had died and Jane living back in a different house on the High Street and doing outdoor farm work to support her five children.
