Imprimis. I give and bequeath unto my daughter Rebecca Robbins, and to her three children , Makepeace Curtis, Charles Robins and Elizabeth Robins all the goods that I had with my las t wife to be disposed among them, hereafter named, as he shall think fit. Item. I give and bequeath unto my daughter Rebecca Robins twelve pounds of lawful money. Item I give unto my granddaughter Makepeace Curtis ten pounds of lawful money and unto her ch ildren ten shillings a piece. Item. I give unto my srandson Charles Robins ten pounds, and unto my granddaughter Elizabet h Robins ten pounds. Item. I give unto my son John Baskerville's children five shillings a piece. Item. The Will of Mary BaskervilleIn the name of God Amen, this 5 day of July Anno Domini 1679, I Mary Baskerville, of the pari sh of Broad Hinton in the county of Wilts, gentlewoman, being sick and weak in body, but of g ood and perfect memory, praised be to God, do make and ordaine this to be my last Will and Te stament in manner following.
Imp. I bequeath my soul into the hands of the ALmighty God, my maker, hoping through the meri ts of CHrist, my blessed redeemer, to receive free pardon for all my sins, as for my body t o be decently buried at the discretion of my executor herinafter mentioned. Now as touching my worldly goods, I give as followeth.

I Samuel Baskerville of Malmesbury in the county of Wilts, yeom an minding the certainty of death and the uncertainty of the time do make this my last will a nd testament as followeth. Item I give and bequeath unto my brother John Baskerville the sum of ten pound s to be paid out of the WIndons by my executors within two years after my decease. Item I giv e and bequeath unto my two brother Thomas and Francis Baskerville my free hold estate being t wo grounds called Windons lying and being in Burton Hill in the Parish of Malmesbury to hol d them and their heirs and assigns for ever.(equally to be divided) Immediately from and afte r my decease they paying out of my land all my debts and funeral expenses but especially al l bonds within three months after my decease and the legacies as is before expressed.
